No news about my refund of hugo boss cancelled orders

I made 3 orders on hugo boss All paid by multi banco All accepted Then suddenly my orders were canceled Hugo boss team said that they have nothing to do Its with global e I sent you email with my bank details But no response from you I would like to know what should I do???
