Misleading customers, bordering on fraud
I have been connecting and using two numbers for my students for some time. It was an unpleasant surprise when my son asked me why the limit had been reached. When I called his helpdesk, I found out that it was a call to an EEA country and was not included in the youth tariff plan. However, when reviewing the possible sections on the bite.org website, no word was mentioned about it. After a closer look, however, we managed to find a point about these tariffs, but at the very beginning it is a clear symbol of infinity. I believe that this office is deliberately misleading customers due to the way I have decided to give up their services. The same text will be sent to the CRPC in the hope that the "beekeepers" will understand. For clarity, I attach screenshots from the bee website.
