Poor service

I bought a coupon for hair bleaching. Very poor quality was done, skew and uneven transition was created from the natural tone to blonde. I used to have good reviews of this salon, but now I am very disappointed. And please do not post such promotions to masters who work there if you do not know how to perform the offered service professionally.
