I'm not receiving my mails
The following is the case. Like many, I receive orders from abroad. I am currently facing the negligence of a postman. For incomprehensible reasons, the employees of the Talsi Post Office manually change the address indicated on the parcel, as a result of which I do not receive my items. The best part is that my items are thrown in the mailbox of the neighbor's house, which is located on Job Street, even though I live on Dundagas Street! However, Dundagas Street is clearly and unambiguously indicated on the package! I get the packets because my neighbor brought them to me. When that happened, I called the post office for the second time, where I was "caught" as if I was being contacted, but no one had contacted me! I don't understand how to accept employees who can't even read the addresses correctly, not to mention the fact that packages are thrown where they happen to be! Negligence!
