Damage

We bought a corner sofa. It hasn't been another year since his back chipboard just crumbles together because the screws can't hold the rail on which the rather heavy rim runs. These screws fell out a week after assembly. Cloth laundry. And the quality is very low. Thank goodness I bought it for the stock price. Attached photo and I do not think this is normal. Also included is a heavy edge that its chipboard cannot hold.
