Telstra phones on installment - without your choice! After 4 years with ZZ, I decided to buy a Telstra phone on installment with a connection, because it seemed - really advantageous and many available tariffs, etc. (I will not argue about that yet). I picked up the phone, went to the customer service center. For the first time I am told vnk - will not give, because I am too young! : o I explained with Telstra, said - than the like, from the 18s of course that gives! I went a second time (elsewhere), said that I can't get this phone because the system only offers certain phones to each customer, not any! Offered another - very similar. Ok, I thought I'd take it, but... it turns out it's phones redeemed EVERYWHERE (I called Telstra and they turned out to be nowhere available) Telstra vairrakkart wrote, but did not (vairrakkart) :( then either here... to get a phone from Telstra (which in many places is a disastrous choice for small shops) with a connection, it is necessary to ask first of all what they offer, rather than what you want! PFE... and here were the wide possibilities and the temptation to switch to Telstra... disappeared!; P
