We had a Genuine dealer in South Boston,Ma . They closed down and now we Genuine riders are left high and dry for service and parts in the Boston area. Pity too lots of scooters in this city. Pick up that slack. User’s recommendation: Check availability of parts and service in your city.

I will never buy another Genuine scooter because when they discontinue a model you can no longer get most parts for it. I have a Blur 220i and need a new fuel pump — the dealer says it is NOT available! User’s recommendation: I would avoid Genuine Scooters.
