Still getting billed after cancelation

I cancelled a digital subscription to the Courier Journal in March 2019 and I am still being billed in June. I have called 3 times in March, April and May and each time assured my account would be cancelled but I continue to be billed. BUYER BEWARE GANNETT IS A THIEF!!!!

Sad how incredibly inefficient and incapable the Cincinnati Enquirer has become

Over delivery issues I dropped the Cincinnati Enquirer years ago and started buying it when I wanted it at stores.
