No phone number for assistance

I paid the monthly fee, wanted to watch my twin grandsons play baseball. The app only took me to the score; I could not see live plays. I needed assistance and had no where to turn. Response to emails takes up to 12 hours.

Paying for service and not getting it. For over a year. Nobody helps through emails

Im paying for premium and cant get stats. Emailed many many times and nobody solves the problem. But Ive been paying for service I cant access for over a year!!!

Help with account

I cannot get anyone from the company to help me with my issues. I am being charged each month to have service however i cannot watch my sons games on the app during the games while the other parents around me can on same app.

Zero! Im paying the premium and not seeing my child. Im not writing 100 characters. Why is it so hard to make a phone call!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: No. Unless someone calls me.
