I don't understand why this happens, if there are correspondence with the specified time at which you should contact, and not every driver should leave at what time for them, so I would not rule out the possibility that the times do not match. This and what is in the driver's hands, because, for example, on the Internet and at stops sometimes differ. Maybe in Oakland Traffic there are some employees who are responsible for it and could control what and how happens. It is not a question of a specific route or a specific driver. For the most part, I always now think that the bus will leave later, whether this is normal, the drivers are so limited and do not understand that passengers will have to switch to another vehicle when they go somewhere, if the bus is already late at the start of the journey, it is logical that the next one is delayed....
