Rude Employee Behavior
Hello! I am the owner of Pty. "Children of Light" and decided on 16. 12. 2020 to shop in the "Promo" store on Tiraines Street. In this store you must wear not only a face mask, but also gloves. I put on a face mask on the street and I also put on gloves before entering the store. I was not allowed in because the face mask was not put on properly. I pushed it even higher on my nose and asked if it was okay and added that gloves are not required to be worn in any store except here. With that, I caused anger in the store employees. At the entrance stood 3 employees (2 women and 1 man). The senior cashier (I know that, because I used to work as a salaried employee in this store) switched to foreign language and said to me, "If you don't like something, go to" Maxima "or" Rimi "!This style of her behavior did not surprise me, because I had been exposed to this person's rude and inappropriate behavior in the past. I had fulfilled all their requirements by opening the entrance gate with a customer card, I wanted to enter the store, but then the entrance in front of my nose was blocked and I was told not to let me in. I ask on what basis I am not allowed in. Instead of answering, a store security guard was called and expelled me from the store on the street. For the first time in my life, I was confronted with such rude and inadequate behavior of sales staff towards me. And most interestingly - without any justification and reason. I do not recommend anyone to visit Pty.
