What is it about a regular branch office?

Can anyone tell me what it is about a regular branch office? " Julianus Inkasso America ", Ltd. A threatening letter has been sent to me to sue me, because since 1999 I have been showing Baltcom GSM LLC. Then tell me why I should be shown the "Julianus Inkasso" instead of "Baltcom GSM"? Even if you don't come back to these people, I don't even show you anything to return. Refer to what they have so shamelessly threatened with court action.
