Extended warranty repair
Everything is fine with service at this store, but it is very sad with warranty repair. Feeling the product sold, further, so that the buyer solves the problem. Breaking the old assistant, on April 15, 2019, at the recommendation of the consultant, we purchased a Zelmer vacuum cleaner that met our requirements. Price almost CA$ 160 (paying immediately). The joy was not long, because on October 5, 2019, it started to smoke and howl loudly, the same day it was delivered to the store for repair. Today 10.11.2019. no news from the store, no service, no vacuum cleaner. When I ask whether the warranty will be extended for as long as the vacuum cleaner is under repair, the answer is NO. It is good for them. If, I buy a product with a warranty of 24 months, then I also want to receive it, all months. Why is it so unfair to treat those customers who do not write complaints to the CRPC, because in that case they receive a response / product within 14 days. Until now, we have been reliable / regular customers, in the future I will evaluate whether it will be RD. I look forward to meeting your assistant soon, as it is a necessity in our home. Late more honest attitude towards customers and buyers to offer better quality goods. Advice to customers when applying for warranty repairs, write a complaint to CRPC, because then the process will last a maximum of 14 days.
