Terrible attitude and unprofessional behavior
Experience this morning. Two of the two employees in this wonderful branch can't find a vein in different ways: Guy Jane from the beginning tells you with all his mood and rude attitude how happy he is to see patients and, the claims start from the moment he himself asks or has insurance that had to be "shown before". Okay, in different laboratories everything happens differently and it is his duty to educate and ask, to communicate with the patient, not just to express his unreasonable anger. Sitting in a chair and sitting for a while, I realize that he has no idea how to look for a vein at all and he is going to take an analysis from the wrist. I point outthat this will definitely not be because all the other more experienced colleagues hit and find, but to allow him to do the tests I definitely don't intend to. To which he squeezes in a rude tone "you will not teach me to do my work. " Well, if you need to, then unfortunately you could, but not for free. However, please call a senior colleague, who is already more professional and cries the fast vein, but when entering with a nail under the skin, start rubbing and look for the vein under the skin. Beloved, what's wrong with you? You don't even have to respect the patient in your mind, argue from the door, and completely archaic you can't do your job at least politely, without even taking care of the patient's health. I haven't seen both employees wearing gloves, nor did they hear about hand disinfection. Simply awful treatment of patients, their work and complete despair - I went to another branch, where I was extremely nice, well and understandably pierced where needed and all analyzes were taken.
