Hello! I would like to share today's conversation with a Compensa life representative. I needed to take a ct spine. Looking at the Compens life website about contractors, I realized that the health company "ars" had a contract, but when I went to that company, I was told that I had to pay, after that Compensation life refund. However, this procedure costs 95.00 dollars. When I called Compensa life I was told to go to the doctor with money where online payment is made I couldn't tell. The attitude is very negative. It is appropriate for company management to evaluate the attitude of employees towards customers.
