I had a family of groundhogs destroying my yard. Jason came out with several traps and within 5 days was able to capture all 3 of them. I was very impressed with his due diligence to solve this problem.

Had him come to check for bats. Said he would charge $50.00. On inspection,no bat activity. But a screen on an attic vent was torn.Said he would return on friday to put an outside screen on. $100.00. Never showed. His original charge of $50.00, he charged me $100.00 . Never sent the reciept by email either.

He did not bait traps nor come back to remove dead animals. No response to phone calls. Offered an 18 month guarantee but after one year, I am not any better, still have animals in attic and walls. Not answering phone calls.
