Incompetent staff
We arrived to give a small (1 year) blood test. The nurse could not find the vein for a long time, then called another woman who was sitting at the reception desk. It also dug up and then decided to stab one hand, then decided to stab another hand, nothing happened there, then in the end it was taken from the finger. When we arrived home, I saw a half-centimeter incision in my hand when I removed the patch. In the evening I learned that some of the results have been written "No material", so I will have to drive again. I still don't understand why employees see the little one and realize that there will be big problems with blood sampling and that they can't do it normally - they didn't say it right away? Many thanks to the BKUS nurses, who then took the tests - professionally and without pain.
