Unkind and unprofessional treatment of clients

I would like to complain about the MC Elite clinic. Calling the clinic reception, I signed up for a visit to the LOR. When I arrived at the clinic on the appointed day, the receptionist (who seemed to be more at a party than at work) said that no visits were planned for me and that my data had been lost. Fortunately, there was a vacancy on the same day. However, the receptionist had great difficulty filling in the documents - personal data had to be repeated several times, but in the end, data errors were made anyway. The question arises as to what the employer looks at when hiring employees. The doctor also patrolled an unkind lady,to which basic etiquette is unfamiliar.
