Cancellation.

I have never used FRNDLY TV, but have had money deducted from my account for many months, after calling a supposed customer service number several months ago to cancel my subscription. Please cancel it now.

I am having some trouble

I can be a FRNDLY TV I am always getting a green circle where it stops the show. After 30 seconds or more the show will start back up. I have had a gaming router put in thinking it would help but it hasn’t. Could you please let me know what else I can do.
