Damaged phone at service

Hello! I bought a cell phone from the online store Yess mobile. After about a year of use. What an evening. Before going to bed cover the phone with an alarm clock. And I went to sleep. I put the phone on the bedside table. The next morning, I found a small dot on the corner of the phone screen. Purple. (Very small.) Tiny. I was very surprised. But I didn't really pay much attention. I thought nothing serious because the dot was very small. I went to work and put the phone in my bag (the phone was in my wallet) went to work. I work the day from 10:00 to 21:00. Finally, I looked at the phone and noticed that this spot on my phone screen had gotten bigger. I was very worried and went home to look for a warranty card. And packaging. So the next day also had to work the phone immediately failed to take to service. I turned off the phone and left home. Evening after work,when I came home I found that this patch had grown much bigger even though I had turned off the phone. The next morning I called the phone number indicated on the warranty card: smartService. I talked to the service employee that I can hand over this phone to Shopping Mall Mols Smartservice. I also took the phone, took it out of the wallet, put in a box, prepared a warranty card and went to the service. At the service, I was kindly received by a young guy if I did not doubt the name of Igor. Took the phone said that the charger will not be needed. And ordered to sign the repair receipt No.:19417. I read the rules and signed the receipt. My stain complaint was recorded. And that the phone has small scratches that a phone that has been used for a year also has. I was at the service on 05.06.2020. After four days 09.06.2020. Pl. 11.06. I received a call from the service where I was told that the phone was mechanically damaged.I was amazed at that conclusion. Around 18:00. Shopping Mall Mols arrived at SmartServicea. I met the same guy who accepted me at the phone service. And shows my phone. I immediately found that there were cracks on my cell phone that did not exist before. I asked the service worker from where. To which the service worker replied that there must have been such. Although he didn't see her when she originally accepted the phone, I claim that you damaged the phone for me. And I don't want to get that phone back. The service worker remained funny. claimed that he had a service report. Which I read and took a picture of. The conclusion was that there were cracks at fault. But when I handed over the service the phone gap wasn't there. I wrote a store application that I do not want to receive such a phone. Let them stop fooling me.The next day I went to the Consumer Protection Center for further instructions. There I was told that I should expect an answer from the service. Today is 29.08.2020 and I have no answer from the service. The photo shows patches before service.
