Damaged
I ordered stickers that were damaged FedEx responds when they were not properly packaged. So you don't pack bubble envelopes, countless times I've sent lens bubbles to the film, no problem. Also a letter sent in a soft bubble envelope. Here they suddenly damage the stickers and see the wrong packaging, actually crouching people and failing to admit the fault of their incompetent employees! Last time I used their service.
