Non- warranty
I bought a Sony Vaio computer in the online store discover.org (Delain SIA). Everything was beautiful until the battery stopped working after two months of using the computer. It seems obvious that such a defect cannot occur as a result of using a computer, of course, if you do not take a shower with it or store it in a wood shed. With such confidence, I went to Pty. Delain, where I bought this computer in the online store discover.org. Of course, as due to warranty repairs, I leave my computer on for diagnostics in the hope that it will be repaired in a week or two. And here began the funniest. It took a couple of weeks until, after persistent calls, I received technical information that the computer had a dead battery, but discover.org would not change it in accordance with the warranty agreement. When asked why it would not change, the answer was that an expert opinion should be obtained. Of course, the expert report had to wait two weeks, but it was a big surprise to me that the report was written in Lithuanian! When I asked the representative of discover en for explanations, I only received an awkward murmur - the act states that the battery will not be changed because it is not used properly. It is clear that I cannot be satisfied with such an outcome in any way, so I will turn to both the Consumer Rights Protection Center and the Australian State Police with a complaint about customer fraud. After all this epic, I will share my success on the sudzibas.org portal to inform other people about companies with a bad reputation. Carrolrs
