Incompetence and unprofessionalism in First pizzeria. After a beautiful Christmas, we wanted to have lunch and decided to go to Uncle Street on Biķernieku Street, where we sat down with a child at a table next to the children's corner. After about an hour, another person joined us and when the order was brought to him, the waiter announced that the table we were sitting at had been reserved and we had to sit down. Of course, we could not change because the child was playing in the children's corner and it would not be possible to look after him from another table, so we had to walk away, as a result of which one of the visitors could not eat. Tell me, is it common practice in your company to force customers to stop for lunch and change seats without warning? I would like to hear the company's explanation for this situation...
