Poor Service
My girlfriend and I are going to go to the movies. We buy tickets in time and before the day of the show we saw how the time of the show is very different from the desired one! We twice tell the cashier the session time! We bought tickets on 27. 01. 17 but the show itself would be 09. 02. 17. Today I came to the cinema and told me how they can't exchange tickets for us because we buy these in January! I was sent because I trusted the seller. But also insulted it for personal incompetence! The girlfriend lives outside Melbourne and the last bus leaves for her at 22. 50, and because the end of the session on the ticket she sold us at 23. 30 the girlfriend can't leave home!
