Paid for service for 1 year. Service renewed. Can’t log on. Doesn’t recognize my email or password. I will have to cancel if I can’t get help. It is foolish to pay when I don’t have service. Really want the service. Call me. Need a person to guide me.
Every time a Fox News member says there show is “live right now” I am not able to locate. I connect believe you do not have a live customer service staff to answer questions. I’m very disappointed with the channel. I tried to watch CPAC live and could not. Irritated.
