Been weeks waiting on my order, no response to emails, phones shut down BUT the Footaction FLX customer service lines works 1-80*-***-****, was on hold 45 min. Turns out they are using USPS NOT UPS, your tracking number will work there. Hope this helps.
Almost a month Ive been waiting on some feedback per an order placed! I am pissed because Ive spent hundreds of dollars with Footaction and to experience this in addition to poor customer service is a lot. I would like my money back at this point!!! User’s recommendation: Be very careful when shopping at Footaction.
I ordered my shoes on July 2 . It says that it was suppose to be delivered today, July 10 . Whenever I try to track my order, it still says processing .
You took my money and then sent me a email saying you couldnt verify my payment information and canceled my order for my retro 5s. How could you not verify the payment information but you still have the money held up? That dont make sense. User’s recommendation: Don’t order online they scamming.
