As soon as the order was completed. I received an email stating the manufacturer cancelled my order. If it is not available, take it off the site. User’s recommendation: Save your money.

My vacuum sealer has quit sealing. The power light does come on but it will not seal a bag, gets really hot and smalls hot. What can I do? Thanks Wade Trimble
The contact number is worthless if you are trying to reach an actual customer service rep. It only directs you to a recording stating that due to COVID, their call center is unavailable, and advise to use their contact form on the webpage in order to contact them. User’s recommendation: Avoid using the contact number.
