Double booking, need to cancel

This is my first-time use foodpanda I dont know if the payment was successful due to network problems. Called the restaurant and said that I did not receive my order. So pay again. I received the food after payment and have called the restaurant to suspend the order

Refund less than what was suggested by Cust service in chat

Customer service in chat offered me a refund for $4 but in my wallet its only showing $3. Just want to ensure that $1 didnt go somewhere its not supposed to go. If its an error i can understand.
