Cant login and cant verify phone number

My apps was accidentally uninstalled, when i install again, it state that my email is not valid but tht was the same email i used for my foodpanda before. Same goes to my phone number. Cant verify. I want my previous account with the same phone number again

Want my refund money

Foodpanda cancel my order, while my money already deducted from account. The reason is cant find my address. If cant find why no inform me? And why I cannot get my money refund? Im no get my order then foodpanda take my money like that?
