Medical Center "Elite" -> Opening hours: weekdays 7: 00-21: 00, You can call the reception from 7:00 to 7:50, but no one even raises it -> when calling later, both indicated phone lines are busy + there is no possibility to wait in line with your call as it is in some normal institutions, but you have to try to break in blindly when the line is free.
