Why the company canceled my order now my mom didnt receive my gift for Mothers Day and Im getting changed extra$$$$ for the service that wasnt delivered very upset I hope I get some solution to this problem

Flowers not delivered!

My experience is also terrible. The flowers were not delivered and no one contacted em. I sent emails and got no reply. Never again! User’s recommendation: Never use FloraQueen, Terrible service.

Flowers not received

I have tried to call but received an answer machine message saying there is no one available at the moment as they are working from home I have sent 3 emails but have not had a reply as yet. Flowers should have been delivered yesturday but they have not been received
Good evening style=” I ordered many flowers and now there is something wrong I dont get a answer. I don’t think it is respectful to treat your customers like that All I want is a solution so that I can order flowers again. Greetings Yolanda Brand
