I’ve had OD fees that were inaccurate. I’ve asked to speak to management for over a week and still no call backs. They have “Supervisors”, which offer zero help. Very disappointed with how they operate and lack of communication. Sadly, I’ve referred 3 others to them and I regret the decision. Stay away from this credit union....
