Power turned off after unknown caller said there was no meter on the house. Customer was not consulted or notified. There is, and always has been a meter on the house. Why is this sort of thing allowed to happen. Senior citizen lives in the home and bill is current.

I will say that if the store loses 500 CAD, which I wanted to spend there and customers are not needed, then you will spend time with your product during working hours, we will not go to that store anymore and we will not recommend to acquaintances. In my opinion, the product should be accepted outside working hours, that is, after 18:00, if the door indicates that you work until 18:00, then it must be so. Bardak, in a word.
