Why is the number to the bank disconnected?

Yesterday I called to check my account balance &; Call the numbers including my branch # said the numbers no longer in service, I call again today &amp; the samething..FBI NEXT OR ???WHO DO I CALL ?

They do not have 24/7 customer service call center it’s inconvenience

So if you lose your card and you want to cancel it as soon as possible you’re *** I deposited my check and I don’t even know if it went through or not it’s not showing on my account and there’s no one I could talk to it’s Saturday 5 p.m.
