Poor service
The registrar's name (the name was not given a second time) is surprisingly rude. When calling to apply for a visit and generally calling any customer service, I "turn on" my very polite nature, because I want everything to be calmly announced and resolved at all times. But how disappointed I am when, despite my super-availability, the other side of the phone is the most terrible customer service! Calling the "denta" clinic (the call was made on 23/07/2020 at 16:56) I immediately say that I want to know when it is time for the visit, because the temporary seal "starts". I immediately recall - for how long did the doctor put it? I say honestly that the doctor did not set a time limit, only determined that I could walk for up to a year. Then I roughly recall that it will be safe just a year through that starts to crumble, what? At that moment, the plague tone of the receptionist makes me twitch. Is it her job to condemn patients or to register a visit? I will continue to be kind and without giving in to the rudeness of the plague, I say I would like to visit in the evening. To recall - what time is it in the evening? I say after six. And again, because of the plague of the plague, it comes on - yesterday, but it starts from 18:00, but the school teaches us all when we have to say "hello" instead of saying "good evening". Then Mara still doesn't understand that my old name is written. Again says indecently "paga, paga, paga"; I try to say that they already have my card - then mara doesn't let me finish the sentences. Well completely absolutely, I can't say anything more! Don't want to go to the clinicbut at the same time a temporary seal was placed there. I recommend choosing a better clinic, where the treatment is also good. The amounts that dentists have to pay to our salaries in Australia are huge, but the treatment of patients in some places is the same as that of any animal. The same can be said about corner dentistry "Sana el" Bikernieku Street. It's even crazier - one lady of the receptionist doesn't understand anything in Australian!
