Cracks in Firehawk GT tires only 35500 miles on them not even half worn

Took car 2019 Dodge Charger with tires to firestone dealer in Sterling Heights, Michigan because of cracks in sidewall and splits all around inside of tires by outside tread on both sides of tire.
