Undelivered Item
I ordered a gift for a child and chose an FedEx parcel as the most convenient option. When the shipment was present, I went to the parcel terminal, paid, but the door did not open. I called the FedEx right away, said there, yes, I will need to send the master there, calling me when the door is repaired. A few hours later I called and said that everything was fine, I could go after it. I left, the door opened this time, but it was empty. Call again that the door is empty, to which they had no answer, why so, promised to contact the next day. However, no one was in a hurry to contact me, I called in the afternoon herself. Then I was told that the package was too big, it would be delivered by courier, the next day an SMS would come with a request for the address to deliver. I didn't receive any sms, I asked again why,they lie that sent out sms, but good to name the address to which to deliver. After half an hour they call that they have sent the product back to the sender. Communication under every criticism, everyone says something else, it's absolutely unacceptable, service 0!
