Poor service

Today at around 20:00 I have a Hasan kebab (Valdemara 37). The food was brought cold and one of the areas had hair. A call was made to Hasan kebab and a complaint was made about the hair and the cold day, to which it was answered that the courier was about 15 minutes late, the navigation was also thought to be visited the gas station that was not on the road. Bolt support, not responding for an hour, dinner failed.
