I bought the shoes for 40 lats and after 2 months of wearing it took off my heels (just walking down the road). It's not worth bringing an examination - just won't approve the claim because it looks like the shoe would be stuck and specially broken"... I was In shock, I was unable to describe how stupid I felt after such gestures and behaviors, given that I myself acted in the service weight and have never refused to behave in the presence of a client.I would like to point out to the Danish knowledgeable manager that this is also the second heel and that is because I wear shoes on a daily basis and that I want to hear an expert opinion and not his opinions. But such words from the manager also made me think about the quality of the expertise, if a simple manager was able to point out in time that my requirements would not be met. After receiving the application on my behalf, after filling in it I looked at the manager who was sorting the shoes, but noticing my gaze, she continued her work, for which I would not blame... but I came to him only at the invitation of the seller, who complied with the situation (ie I was ignored). I am shocked by the attitude of the management staff. Even the sale of shoeswhich I loved so much no longer as painful and "ugly" as the store manager's attitude.
