Employee sign up for employer code

I was trying to help a new team member sign up for her fingerprints through fieldprints.com. It is saying the employer has to have an account and code so that they can proceed with signing up. UPS Store employees bad behievor

Woman that intro data on computer to find my appointment, seems entered wrong birth date and make us to call Fieldprint to nothing as all was OK. Then she did not want to returns to work place as she was afraid to be confronted by us and other employee.
