Sells a defective car

We are looking at a car ~ 6500 USD. I manage to persuade to take the service of my choice to me - amserv, where I found problems for ~ 1000 USD. The horn didn't work, one of the alarm panels, speed problems, etc. The sellers, Eric and Arthur, confirmed in advance that everything was perfect and I passed the technical inspection for the first time. The following phrases are of course subjective: "Ideal condition" "The car must be seen alive, no additional investment will be required." "There will be no other way." but pass the technical without working the trumpet can not. Be sure to check with your chosen service before purchasing.
