poor service. unprofessionalism.
Extremely poor service. the package has finally arrived in LV, and the employee calls after leaving the yard, because he could not get home! and call before approx. 20 minutes is not possible? or call at all (okay, write an email before delivery) that the shipment will be that day and that day? does this office think that people sit at home all day and wait for something mystical? not knowing what day it will be or what time? horror what, no service. the package arrived 4 days early in the morning. only 5 days (!) at noon are taken around Brisbane. since I haven't got home at a stop, waiting for the wonderful arrival of the courier hwz when, then now the package will travel again... if by 17 00, by the time, then you will be tired. If not, then only 1 day! Madness! WHAT will you do? If I have a delivery TODAY, I MUST receive it.
