My mom came to the post office after the shipment and told her that the shipment (small plastic figures from Australia) had to be cleared through customs. Without explaining how to perform the cancellation, the postmaster tells in foreign language, in a harsh tone, several times to refuse the shipment and to send it back. Mom has to ask and answer the questions that send? Is it familiar? I find it not professional and humiliating. Also, why should my mom speak (excuse me) in foreign language!
