Undelivered parcel
I ordered a courier UK-LV, via the Australian iExpress address to which I paid around 40 dollars to deliver the parcel to Australia 4- Within 5 days. On December 2, the courier arrived after the package (of course, ignoring the fact that the apartment is on the second floor and knocked on the 'hang'). The package is accepted and sent. As soon as the delivery period expires, we start watching the tracking, where errors appear and then that the package is in Amsterdam. It was reported to iExpress - no explanation provided. After the expiration date, the package was sent back to us. (we haven't received) is now December 18 and calls are no longer answered, nor is the news. Facebook deletes negative comments. Currently, online tracking has occurred that we have received the package back, but the answering machine says that our package is still roaming somewhere. Respectively, we have given them a property value of around 200 pounds, paid for a service that did not take place. Please do not pass through them if you do not want to give us services and wind up money and Christmas without presents!
