Items not shipped on-time, but paid on-time.

I paid for my order #7908**** on 8/16 to be shipped via 4-day delivery and to find out I will not even get my package as paid for is unacceptable! The fact that you can not even speak to someone about shipping errors is disgusting. User’s recommendation: Watch the shipping info!!
