There is no area near the Scrapers!

The coverage of the "Telstra" area disappears in various places, where by logic mobile communications should work! For example, it annoys me that every time I take a train to the Scrapers, the coverage of the area disappears and the conversation is interrupted, which is especially unpleasant if it happens in some important cases!
