My pressure cooker *** isn’t working

My pressure cooker top isnt holding pressure, the *** to turn is defective. I love cooking and so excited to finally have my own pressure cooker but the steam comes out and isnt holding pressure. Please help. User’s recommendation: *** locks and doesn’t hold pressure.

Power cord broke at base of pot

I was one of the lucky ones to have a multicooker that worked flawlessly….. that is until I plugged it in one day and sparks flew from the cord!! I removed the bottom plate and see it is easily replaceable… its sad there is no CS for us consumers to call regarding our issues.
