You took money out my both regions and bank of america what my refund back

How do you guys took my money out of my account canceled I didn’t even do the booking the booking wasn’t even made and you took money out of my bank accounts for noisy when I have no booking at. But of course the booking another week. User’s recommendation: maybe if i get my refund.
