Very poor service
Today my son (1 year and 3 Months) was in Bendigo branch to hand over blood tests. Two employees tried to take the analysis. The first one touched both hands, said that he could not touch the vein anywhere, but also stabbed him in both hands several times. After unsuccessful attempts and about ten minutes of crying, another employee came, but she was also unable to take tests (even before touching both hands several times, also announcing that she could not touch the veins, even stabbing both hands several times). Unfortunately, the second employee even allowed herself to say that my child was fat and therefore failed. Another argument was made that their needles were too thick for blood tests of such a small child... And, of course, the sentencethat for such young children they often do not take blood tests, so they do not know how to do it... In total, we spent more than twenty minutes in the office, during which they were also unable to take blood tests. Of course, all this time the little one was crying... The boy came out of the office, pierced and peeled... I can understand a lot, but this experience hurt me from the bottom of my heart... Two specific aspects: 1) if the workers are not competent in Ghana to take a blood test for a one-year-old baby, if they understand that the veins fail to touch, why are they trying anyway? to do?! Why do the hands of such a small child stab repeatedly?! If they had stated after touching their hands that they did not feel secure about the outcome, that they would very likely not be able to take blood tests, I would not have been angry or disappointed. It would have just spared the boy the experience and pain... 2) with what rights does her permission to offend and humiliate my child by calling her obese?!?! He is neither fat nor fat! Failure to take blood tests is nothing but their incompetence! In general, unfortunately, have to say that the Bendigo branch employees are rude, insensitive and, moreover, without understanding.. sincerely wish that no one else unprecedented the same as we do with her son's...
