Poor Service
Hello. I am 2 groups disabled, iliostoma. I bought a toilet ticket, presented a Certificate of Disability and asked to open a toilet for the disabled. I was refused, adding - use the shared toilet. But you come yourself! Here only wheelchair users. Adding it is required by law. Didn't you see the disabled sign?! I had to change the iliostoma bag. With disagreements just a toilet. Please consider this case. Give orders and educate workers that they are violating human rights and humiliating the disabled. I had to prove to all people that I was disabled.
